Story Behind the Coffee

Akmat Hizb is a village located in the Masafir district of the Haraaz region. It is 40km away from the nearest city, Manakha, and is somewhat isolated. There is no school or clinic in Akmat Hizb. Residents here rely on agriculture and raising animal as their main sources of income. Coffee, wheat, barley, corn, millet, fruits, and vegetables are some of the produce that emerges from Akmat Hizb. There is an active culture to raise and maintain sheep, goats, cows, camels, and poultry. Akmah Hizb is a village in Yemen that is located in the Masafir district of Haraz, a mountainous region in western Yemen.
