Story Behind the Coffee

Abdo Dair, a passionate coffee grower from the Al-Haimah Al-Kharijiya Directorate in Yemen, has been cultivating coffee since his youth. Dair's deep love for coffee is evident in his meticulous care for his trees. Every morning, he rises early to water them and regularly inspects their health. From harvesting to proper processing, Dair ensures that each coffee bean receives the utmost attention. Initially aided by his nine children, Dair now receives assistance from only two who remain on the farm while pursuing their own lives. Nevertheless, his dedication has resulted in a flourishing farm. With an expansion that includes planting 100 new seedlings alongside the existing 100, Dair now tends to a collection of 200 coffee trees, featuring diverse varieties like Al-Dawari and Al-Udayni.
