Story Behind the Coffee

To the 50 farming families residing in the village of Bani Ofair in the Ans region of Yemen, coffee is a source of pride and joy. During harvest season, farmers get together and taste each other’s produce to assess the coffee quality, which has fostered a healthy competitive environment in the community. They believe that only a good cup of coffee can satisfy one completely, and drink coffee every morning for breakfast.
